Day21 offers a unique 21-day health protocol that combines physical supplements with a guided behaviour-change system. The primary objective of the website is to clearly communicate this approach to users and seamlessly guide them through a personalised onboarding experience.
This proposal outlines the design of the complete Day21 web presence. It covers the core brand homepage, detailed product marketing pages, a custom quiz flow, and essential supporting pages.
The overall goal is to deliver premium, production-ready Figma deliverables that effectively test product-market fit and establish strong brand trust from the first interaction.
Before designing anything, we agree on exactly who we're talking to and what they need to see to buy. This phase sets up the foundation for all the visual work that follows.
Defining exactly who your buyers are and mapping their complete experience—from their first interaction, whether through an ad or organic discovery, to finishing the 21-day protocol. This ensures the website speaks directly to their needs and keeps them engaged.
Creating a clear blueprint of all the pages on the site. This organizes the navigation and content flow so users can easily find what they need before we add visual design.
Basic, structural blueprints for all core pages and the quiz. This step lets us finalize the story, user flow, and text placement without getting distracted by colors or images.
A consistent, documented set of visual components that forms the foundation of every page. Built once and applied everywhere to ensure the site feels coherent.
Translating your provided brand identity and physical product aesthetics into a complete, responsive digital design system.
High-fidelity, responsive/adaptive designs for every page in scope, structured and optimized across 3 distinct breakpoints (mobile, tablet, and desktop).
The primary brand entry point. Covers the brand proposition, the protocol system, product overview, and social proof — anchored by the "Build My Protocol" CTA.
Each of the three product pages is designed as a standalone, long-form marketing experience. Think of these the way Apple approaches individual product pages: the design and the content work as a single storytelling unit.
A refined, polished version of the current Vercel prototype — redesigned to feel like a premium consultation rather than a standard web form.
Pages reinforcing trust. The brand origin, the 21-day methodology, formulation standards, a contact hub, and a standard blog listing and detail page designed to cohesively feel like the same brand.
Providing visual direction and structural rules to help align your chosen Shopify theme and backend development with the new brand aesthetic.
To maintain project momentum, the Day21 team will be responsible for the following:
The following items are explicitly out of scope:
All design work is done in Figma. Feedback is consolidated in two rounds per phase.

This document outlines a high level budget estimate based on our initial discussion. To arrive at precise deliverables, timelines, and final pricing, I’ll need to align further over one or two follow up calls. Once the scope and product requirements are clearly defined, I’ll share a fixed cost proposal.
